To me collateral damage to GC is more acceptable than the same to human life.
On economic front, the only person on either side who truly supports free market policies is Ron Paul. He is the one of the few Republicans who actually thinks about balancing the budget. Tax cuts are ok, only if you back them up with reduced spending, without increasing the national levergage. National debt is now at 100% of GDP (in the company of zimbabwe and jamiaca) , 20-30% of future income tax will go towards paying of the interest on Govt tax. It will definitely crowd out future private investments. Look at the history of national debt, and correlate them to the administrations.

Totally agree with you! This would be a fair deal. That how it should be done so let us do that. So when are going to implement this fair deal?
I think it would be fair to split the leftover numbers the same way they split whole year quota.
50% of leftover should be given to EB2 (based on PD) and 50% of leftover should be given to EB3. Does it sound fair?

I am surprised to see this thread active this long. Earlier I have with help of Saralayar and other members have bring this point to attention. But at that time no one was supporting Idea.
I see increasing support for the Idea as GC journey become longer and longer.
Earlier I have pointed following points that I want to bring to remind if we want to get real support for this idea of early CITIZENSHIP AFTER GREEN CARD
(1) I-140 and I-485 must be approved.
(@) Time should be considered only after getting GC
(3) For getting closer for political support our proposal should be close to Existing laws for FAMILY BASED and MARRIAGE BASED CITIZENSHIPS
So we should argur that if YOU HAVE MASTER AND ABOVE IN STEM FILEDS YOu can get CITIZEN SHIP 5 yrs from date of Approval of I-140 ( which make it closer to fmaily based) and THREE YEARS from Date of Approval of I-485 (closer to marriage based citizens). You can get earlier of two . But when you get Citizenship your I-485 must be approved for ATLEAST 1 year.
The above requirements can get closer to Marriage and family based and also help 90% of IV members.
Adding the clause for the EDUCATIONAL THING might be able to get more political support also

The whole idea of this campaign was to get media attention and publicize this issue as much as possible, which we all know that it did just that quite effectively despite all the apprehensions and reservations expressed.
This campaing was never thought of as a panacea for all our problems, whether it will lead to a fruitful or POSITIVE result that is still unknown. What is known is that this drive has provided some much needed traction and attraction to our cause, which is the important RESULT at this point in my opinion.
All I am trying to say is that we should give some thought and imagination before discounting or discarding an idea even if it appears to be far fetched at first. Any idea proposed which is out of the ordinary will be meted with reservations and oppositions, after all its nature's law that there is always resistance to change,:rolleyes: good or bad.
I don't want you to be eating your words :D , I know for sure that you want this problem resolved as much as anyone else on the forum.:D
Everyone has right to be SKEPTICAL and even I am SKEPTICAL about the final outcome of our over all struggle, but I wasn't SKEPTICAL about the outcome of this campaign.

Yes I was the one who suggested the dead fish. I belive in RESULTS, if sending these flowers actually ACHIEVES something, I will make a nice big biscuit of my words and eat them :).
Until we see ACTUAL "POSITIVE" RESULTS I am still going to be skeptical. Sure we have made a lot of noise and it has been heard by a lot of miscallaneous people. So were the rallies held by the illegals. What happened? NOTHING! So until I see some results YES I will STILL be skeptical.
Other than that, I really really really hope for everyone's sake, that this works and if it does I will eat my words and become a believer:)

He work at client place and client is administered project.The s/w tool is copyright by client.The reason for asking him to come back is that prior to this company he worked for another company for two years. He left his old company before 5 year. when he joined his current company he has provided all the document mentioned in checklist such as offer letter, exp and releiving letter and last two month pay stub and they did BG for same document.During 5 years career he worked for diff client and everytime they did BG for him before putting him in project and there was no problem happen in his BG. recently his current employer find something wrong about his prior company and they asked him to provide more evidance for prior company.now he don't have any contact of his prior employer and he does not have any more evidnace for showing their company.
Because of this reason they are asking him to come back home country from last two week.He told his company that he tryed to connect his prior employer but he can not make out and he don't have anything more to show the company.
Please suggest what he can do in this situation.

tracker site data is fake....... tracker site has employees sitting in India...... those employees create fake ids and fake profiles....... then they write post using those fake ids to create an impression that there are lot of people posting on the tracker site...... if you look at title of most threads...... they are framed in the manner that will be inviting most others to write on the thread.......... every few days these employees sitting in India..... using a fake profile ........ start a new thread with a title something like .... 'i got it i got it ' or ' i am green' or something similar..... and using other fake ids the same bunch of employees ask fake questions from op..... who is also a fake handle...... so the data there is totally fake..... that data represents the need of the tracker site to make people to come to their site...... that data does not represent the sample data...... not even close.....

In many of the articles and forums I have read that applicants spent a lot of money on medical exams, lawyer fees, and so on towards the Employee based Green Card application.
Is it legal for one to spend money (out of one's own pocket) towards getting employee based green card ?
From what I had hear from my company's legal department was that they cannot take any money from me towards the green card application as it is not legal. Employee Based Green Card is for Employer's benefit and not employee's....though it eventually helps the employee -:)
Any comments ?
